okay, kita kembali lagi dengan topik hangat iaitu celcom. macam yang aku bagitau sebelum ni dekat
entry ni . ok, macam yang kita tau kat malaysia ni ada dua jenis je iaitu postpaid n prepaid. hari ni aku nak terangkan dengan lebih lanjut pasal postpaid. biar semua orang paham dan jelas. x paham jugak, boleh tanya aku
I WILL FOCUSED ON THE IMPORTANT CRITERIA:
1) billing cycle - what on earth is billing cycle. ok i will make u clear, billing cycle means when ur bill been closed every month. usually the date is 3, 7,13,23 n so on. u have to know the billling cycle coz its important to avoid ur call been barr. so, pls check ur bill. and make sure u paid ur bill before the next bill come out :)
2) barring/barred/barr - barr means u cannot make outgoing call n send sms. so, for postpaid customer they are been very particular and annoy if their phone been barr. they will easily been high tempered or sad or disppointed. please ya, ur acc will not been barr just like that. for sure, there is something that make ur acc been barr. let me tell u:
- ur usage already exceed ur limit. let say ur credit limit is RM300 n ur usage in one month already reach RM320, so ur account will be barr. in one month only ya. hayaaa still dont understand. okay i draw something so that u will be more clear

So, obviously in this situation Puan Bunga’ s account been barred due to she already exceed the limit
- if u have aging (balance for previous month) that not been settle more than RM30 and above ur account will been barr too even thouh ur credit limit is RM5000 (means that its still not reach ur credit limit). this always will make customer confused so take note ya

So, in this situation Puan Bunga’ s account been barred due she having aging or we called it outstanding on previous month April. Even though its not reach the credit limit but in Celcom, we will also barr the customer account. So please alert k!!
3) two types of packages -one is mass cust (for anyone), second is celcom biz (for company employee only). i will talk about the package in future, okesh.but u can review at justkhai blog (he mentioned about celcom biz packages)
4) other services - u can install many ala carte services provided by celcom. like monthly internet, blackberry license (for blackberry phone only), private num (when u call, no num will shown), international roaming ( u have to request for that) and many more.
anymore let me update after that...haha. life bored if cannot make call n sms rite....
